This work proposes a novel voltage-programming pixel circuit for AMOLED using a-Si:H technology. The proposed 3T1C circuit can stabilize the output current regardless of VTH shift and OLED degradation. Experimental results indicate that the OLED current degradation is less than 3% over more than 16 h of operation.
